If you’re gonna have a go at something – have a go! Tri Long Weekend Sat 29 September Ride, Sun 30 September Run, Mon 1 October Swim.

Saturday 29 September – River 2 Reef Ride in Mackay. Drove up after work Friday with Craig, Jody, Tanya and met up with Louise and Phil. Beautiful dinner and then on the bikes for my first ever event! 60km ride around the hills of Mackay. Had a little crash at the 10km mark but kept riding also had the tyre changes in Jodys bike she lent me.

Sunday 30 September – Yeppoon Running Festival. Got up early with Jody and fam to head to Yeppoon. Ran with Craig in the 10km run just a couple laps along the stunning Yeppoon coast.

Monday 1 October public holiday Try 2 swim at Emu Park with the Fitzroy Frogs crew.
